WARRANTY

Policy Wording

All vehicles sold (not including part exchange clearances) will be supplied with a 30 day labour free warranty as a minimum, which means if the purchased vehicle develops a fault within in this time there will be no labour charge when the vehicle is bought back to us for repairing you as the customer will only incur the cost of parts for the repair. It is highly recommend that we buy the parts for the repair, not only do we get discount at most parts suppliers but also to ensure we are getting the correct part for the job. This warranty is specific to Merrylees Motors only and any work carried out by a third party company will not be covered. Any modifications, performance enhancements, remaps/tuning, alterations of this manner after the sale of the vehicle will invalidate the warranty. In order for the vehicle to be repaired you must arrange to drop the vehicle back off at the place of purchase, this warranty does not include any recovery of a vehicle if the fault prevents the vehicle from starting or moving. If the fault on the vehicle has been diagnosed and isn't covered on the warranty plan you will either be able to have the repair completed and incur the labour and parts cost or have the vehicle returned and incur no cost for the diagnosis. Our warranty is a discretionary warranty and not a contract of insurance, we have absolute and final discretion on all aspects of this plan.
